- THIRD OFFER OF ESOS OPTIONS UNDER THE PROPOSED LTIP
Unless otherwise stated, all defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Circular to Shareholders dated 31 July 2024 ("Circular").
Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(51) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to announce that the Company has on 29 June 2029 made its 3rd offer of ESOS Options to eligible employees of KFima. The details of the offer is as follows:-
1. Date of Offer of the ESOS Options:
29 June 2026
2. Exercise Price of ESOS Options offered:
RM2.37
3. Number of ESOS Options offered:
1,995,000
4. Market price of KFima Share on the date of the offer:
RM2.62
5. Vesting period of the ESOS Options offered:
29 June 2026 to 1 October 2029 subject to the exercise conditions
as determined by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
