| Working experience and occupation | Ms Chan Quin Er is a Partner at Marcus Tan & Co., where she practises civil litigation and corporate advisory. She brings to the Board a considered integration of legal rigour, public institutional experience, and a sustained commitment to civil society. Prior to her current practice, Ms Chan was a Partner at Tay Ibrahim and Partners (2019-2022). Before entering private practice, she served as Federal Counsel at the Attorney General's Chambers of Malaysia (2014-2018), contributing across the Research, Drafting, and Prosecution Divisions. Beyond her legal practice, Ms Chan is an educator and extends pro bono legal advisory to several non-governmental and civil society organisations, including the Prostate Cancer Society Malaysia (PCSM). In public life, she serves as Secretary-General of Wanita MCA and holds responsibilities in MCA's communications and international affairs portfolios. She is also a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Coach and a certified Human Design Reader and Teacher. |
