We refer to the previous announcements dated 17 November 2025, 28 November 2025, 2 December 2025, 5 December 2025, 12 December 2025, 15 December 2025, 27 February 2026, 6 March 2026, 9 March 2026, 11 May 2026, 15 May 2026, 20 May 2026, 22 May 2026, 25 May 2026, 28 May 2026, 29 May 2026, 22 June 2026 and 29 June 2026 in relation to the Private Placement. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the said announcements.
