The Board of Directors of Sunway wishes to announce that following the retirement of Dr Philip Yeo Liat Kok as Senior Independent Non-Executive Director at the 16th Annual General Meeting of Sunway today, he ceases to be a member of the Sustainability Committee ("SC") with effect from today.
Accordingly, the new composition of the SC is as follows:
1) Datuk Mohd Anuar bin Taib (Chairperson, Non-Independent Executive Director)
2) Datin Paduka Sarena Cheah Yean Tih (Member, Non-Independent Executive Director)
3) Datuk Tong Poh Keow (Member, Independent Non-Executive Director)
4) Datuk Zaiton binti Mohd Hassan (Member, Independent Non-Executive Director)
