The Board of Directors wishes to announce the appointment of of YBhg Tan Sri Rozali bin Ismail as Chairman Emeritus & Honorary Advisor for PNHB.

In recognition of his longstanding leadership and significant contributions to the growth, stability, and success of the Company and the Group for the past 29 years since he founded PNHB on 7 January 1997, YBhg Tan Sri Rozali bin Ismail will be bestowed the title of Chairman Emeritus and Honorary Advisor on 1 July 2026 when he retires as Executive Chairman of PNHB on 30 June 2026.

The smooth transitions of the succession of the Chairmanship of PNHB is in place.
