Reference is made to our earlier announcement dated 9 April 2026 in relation to the above matter.

Puncak Niaga Holdings Berhad ("PNHB" or "the Company") wishes to announce that Tan Sri Rozali bin Ismail has completed his three (3) months' notice period today, 30 June 2026. 

Accordingly, with effect from 1 July 2026, Tan Sri Rozali bin Ismail has officially relinquished his role as Executive Chairman and ceased as Director of PNHB and its subsidiary companies.

The Board of Directors of PNHB wishes to record its deepest appreciation and sincere gratitude to Tan Sri Rozali bin Ismail for his invaluable contributions, dedicated leadership, and exceptional service throughout his tenure with the Group.

The Board also extends its best wishes to Tan Sri Rozali bin Ismail in his future undertakings.
