On 22 June 2026, TA Securities, on behalf of the Board, announced that the Regularisation Plan has been completed on 22 June 2026 following the completion of the Share Capital Reduction on even date. 

Save for the above, there has been no material development on the GN3 status of the Company. 

The Company will make the necessary announcements with regards to any developments on its GN3 status accordingly.
