The Company wishes to announce that Transnational Builder Sdn. Bhd. ("TBSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had via its solicitors, filed a Writ of Summons with Statement of Claim in the High Court of Johor Bahru against the Defendants for a total sum of RM20,358,636.17. TBSB obtained an ex-parte sealed order for a Mareva Injunction as well as an ad interim order against the Defendants on 29 June 2026. TBSB's solicitors have served the sealed order to the relevant banks, followed by the Defendants, on 1 July 2026.
