On behalf of the Board of Directors of WCE ("Board"), UOB Kay Hian (M) Sdn Bhd ("UOBKH") wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake an establishment of an employees' share option scheme ("ESOS") of up to 2% of the total number of issued shares of WCE ("Shares" or "WCE Share(s)") (excluding treasury shares, if any) at any point in time during the tenure of the ESOS to Eligible Persons ("Proposed ESOS").
