Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 25 May 2026, 28 May 2026, 3 June 2026 and 18 June 2026 ("Announcement"). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as those used in the Company's Announcement.

The Company wishes to inform that pursuant to the court hearing of the Injunction Application held today, the Sessions Court directed as follows:-

a) An ad interim injunction is allowed until the disposal of the Injunction Application;

b) The Originating Summons and Injunction Application are to be disposed off together;

c) The previous directions given in respect of the Originating Summons are vacated;

d) Defendant is required to file its affidavit in reply in respect of the Originating Summons and Injunction Application on or before 16 July 2026;

e) Plaintiff is required to file its affidavit in reply in respect of the Originating Summons and Injunction Application on or before 30 July 2026;

f) Both Plaintiff and Defendant are required to file written submissions in respect of the Originating Summons and Injunction Application on or before 13 August 2026;

g) Both Plaintiff and Defendant are required to file submissions in reply in respect of the Originating Summons and Injunction Application on or before 20 August 2026; and

h) Decision of the Originating Summons and Injunction Application is fixed on 3 September 2026.

The Company will make further announcements as and when there are any material further developments.
