Unless otherwise defined herein, all terms and definitions used herein shall be the same as those defined in the previous announcements.

The Board of Directors of Asdion wishes to announce that the tenure of Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad's ("Kenanga IB") as the Company's Principal Adviser and Sponsor in relation to the Proposed GN3 Regularisation Plan will be valid until 5 July 2026. Accordingly, Kenanga IB will cease to act as the Company's Principal Adviser and Sponsor with effect from 6 July 2026.

Kenanga IB has informed the Company that the engagement is being concluded following a review of current progress of the Proposed GN3 Regularisation Plan.

The Company is currently looking for another Principal Adviser and Sponsor for the Proposed GN3 Regularisation Plan and will make the necessary announcement in due course.
