PROPOSED DISPOSAL BY CAREPLUS PROPERTIES SDN BHD, A WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF CAREPLUS ("CPSB" OR THE "VENDOR"), OF A PARCEL OF LAND HELD UNDER GERAN 129593, LOT 22174, PEKAN BUKIT KEPAYANG, DAERAH SEREMBAN, NEGERI SEMBILAN DARUL KHUSUS WITH A RETAIL COMPLEX ERECTED THEREON FOR A TOTAL CASH CONSIDERATION OF RM42.00 MILLION ("PROPOSED DISPOSAL")

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Careplus, UOB Kay Hian (M) Sdn Bhd is pleased to announce that CPSB, had on 6 July 2026, entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement with Delloyd Asset Portfolio (M) Sdn Bhd for the sale of a parcel of land held under Geran 129593, Lot 22174, Pekan Bukit Kepayang, Daerah Seremban, Negeri Sembilan Darul Khusus, measuring 40,680 square meters in area together with a purpose-built single-storey retail complex with mezzanine floor erected thereon for a total cash consideration of RM42.00 million.
