i) Pursuant to Rule 8.02(1) of the LEAP Market Listing Requirements ("LEAP LR"), the trading in the Company's shares will be suspended with effect from 9.00 a.m., Friday, 10 July 2026; and

ii) Pursuant to Rule 8.05 and 8.06 of the LEAP LR, the Company's entire issued shares will be removed from the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m., Wednesday, 15 July 2026,

to facilitate the transfer of the Company's entire issued shares from LEAP Market to the ACE Market. Your attention is drawn to the Company's announcement dated 2 July 2026.
