The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Tex Cycle (P2) Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tex Cycle Sdn Bhd, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 7 July 2026 entered into a Collaboration Agreement with Anggun Kitar Resources Sdn Bhd to leverage on each other's scheduled waste codes issued pursuant to First Schedule of Environmental Quality (Scheduled Wastes) Regulations 2005, thereby enabling both parties to manage a broader range of scheduled wastes and optimize their respective business opportunities.
