The change in the financial year end of Taghill Holdings Berhad from 31 May to 30 November is intended to enable the financial effects of Siab (M) Sdn Bhd's application for judicial management order in November 2025 and subsequent placement under judicial management in June 2026 to be reflected in the same financial period, rather than across different financial periods, thereby facilitating more meaningful year-on-year financial reporting for subsequent financial periods.
