We refer to the Company's announcements dated 19 February 2025, 21 February 2025, and 13 February 2026 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

The Board of Directors of MQ Tech wishes to announce that the SPA has become unconditional and the Proposed Acquisition was completed today, 9 July 2026, following the payment of the balance purchase consideration to Cash Support Sdn Bhd in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SPA.
