Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Parkson wishes to announce the required information in relation to the moneylending operations of Parkson Credit Sdn Bhd ("PCSB"), a licensed moneylending company and a subsidiary of Parkson, in the ordinary course of PCSB's business for the financial period ended 30 June 2026.
