Unless otherwise stated, the terms used throughout this announcement shall bear the same meanings as those previously defined in the Company's announcement dated 8 July 2026 (Reference Number: GA1-08072026-00026).

Further to the announcement made on 8 July 2026, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce additional information in relation to the Award as follows:-

Furutec Electrical Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 198001003423 (57207-W)] ("FE"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 8 July 2026 accepted a Letter of Award dated 31 May 2026 from Company A to supply and deliver Furutec Busduct System for a data centre project in Indonesia ("Award").
