The Board of Directors of Infoline Tec wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek its shareholders' approval for the Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate for 

Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened.

A Circular to Shareholders setting out the details of the aforesaid proposal will be made available to the shareholders in due course.
