The Board of Directors of LFG wishes to announce that Lianson Fleet Pte. Ltd. ("LFPL") or its affiliate, associated company or related entity as may be nominated by LFPL had on 9 July 2026 entered into two separate Memorandum of Agreements for the acquisition of MV Tian Mu Shan and MV Yan Dang Shan for a total cash consideration of USD52.32 million (approximately RM213.20 million based on Bank Negara Malaysia's USD/MYR exchange rate as at 5:00 p.m. on 9 July 2026, being the latest practicable date prior to this announcement) from unrelated third-parties.
