(Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as those used in the announcements / proposal letter dated 3 February 2026, 23 February 2026, 26 February 2026, 26 March 2026, 30 March 2026, 30 April 2026, 29 May 2026, 3 June 2026 and 4 June 2026 in relation to the Privatisation ("Announcements")).

On behalf of the Company, Maybank IB wishes to announce that the High Court in Malaya has on 13 July 2026 granted an order confirming the reduction of the issued share capital of the Company under Section 116 of the Act to give effect to the Privatisation ("High Court Order").

Following the above, GLM will, in due course, lodge an office copy of the sealed High Court Order with the Registrar of Companies pursuant to subsection 116(6) of the Act ("Lodgement"). The Privatisation will become effective upon the Lodgement ("Effective Date").

For the avoidance of doubt, the Effective Date shall be on the same day as the Entitlement Date, which will be announced in due course.
