Further to the Company's announcements dated 15 January 2024, 27 September 2024, 1 October 2024 and 2 March 2026 respectively in respect of the Proposed Port Project, the Board of Directors of Tanco wishes to announce that Midports Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (a 79%-owned subsidiary of Tanco) ("MHSB") had on late 10 July 2026, received the Certificate of Approval from Majlis Perbandaran Port Dickson ("MPPD") ("Certificate of Approval") notifying MHSB that the following applications in relation to the Proposed Port Project have been approved by MPPD:

(a) Building Plan (Pelan Bangunan (BP)) approved on 7 July 2026;

(b) Earthworks Plan (Pelan Kerja Tanah (KT)) approved on 7 July 2026;

(c) Road and Drainage Plan (Pelan Jalan dan Perparitan (JP)) approved on 7 July 2026; and

(d) Street Lighting Plan (Pelan Lampu Jalan) approved on 7 July 2026.

The Company will make the necessary announcements accordingly and in due course upon further material developments in relation to the Proposed Port Project occurring.
