Reference is made to Rivertree STF Synergies Berhad (formerly known as Sinmah Capital Berhad) ("RSSB" or "the Company") announcement on 3 March 2026 in relation to the Heads of Agreement entered by RSSB Builders Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Sinmah Builders Sdn. Bhd.) ("RBSB") with Asetra Sdn. Bhd. ("Asetra"), an investment holding company whose investment is managed by Catenary Capital Sdn. Bhd., Q Centre (Teratai) Sdn. Bhd. ("QCT"), and Q Centre Management Sdn. Bhd. to collaborate in design, plan, build, construct and operate of up to four (4) greenfield centralised labour quarters ("CLQ") with a capacity of 28,800 beds and an indicative value of RM600.0 million.

The Board of Directors ("the Board") of RSSB wishes to announce that RBSB, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 15 July 2026 entered into a Turnkey Construction Contract ("the Contract") with Asetvest Sdn. Bhd. ("Asetvest") a company wholly owned by Asetra (collectively referred to as "the Parties") in relation to the design, planning, construction, completion of one (1) CLQ  facility with a capacity of 9,000 beds on a parcel of land held under No. Hakmilik GM2645, Lot 4953, Mukim Kapar, Tempat 5th Mile Sg. Binjai Road, Daerah Klang, Negeri Selangor ("the Land") with a contract sum of RM168,140,000 ("the Project").
