Ms Law Wei Leng is an Associate Member of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. She has over 15 years of experience in company secretarial practice. During the past five (5) years, she held various company secretarial positions in listed companies and a professional corporate secretarial firm. Prior to joining the Muda Group, she served as the named Company Secretary for several public listed companies on the Main Market and ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, where she advised the Boards of Directors and Management on statutory compliance, corporate governance and regulatory matters, and was involved in various corporate exercises.
