Encik Norsyahrin Bin Hamidon is a Chartered Accountant with over two decades of professional experience in accounting, taxation, corporate governance, and business advisory. He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, the Malaysian Association of Tax Accountants, the Association of Malay Chartered Accountant Firms, and the ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountants.

He founded Syahrin & Co. (Chartered Accountants) in 2003, building a diverse client portfolio ranging from SMEs to multimillion-ringgit enterprises across various industries.

In 2022, Encik Norsyahrin was appointed as a member of the Royal Commission of Inquiry on Lembaga Tabung Haji.

He has more than twenty-five years of experience in the financial industry, including fund management, corporate restructuring and management advisory. He served as a Chairman Investment of Kumpulan Modal Perdana, a venture capital firm wholly owned by the Minister of Finance (Inc.)  He was also the Chairman of Investment Committee and Board of Director of Pelaburan MARA Berhad

He currently serves as President of the Malay Chamber of Commerce Malaysia (DPMM) and holds advisory and committee roles with PERKESO, the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission, HRD Corp, JAKIM, and the Government-Industry TVET Coordination Body. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Universiti Poly-Tech MARA and Chairman of the Technical Working Group - Business Insolvency (TWGBI) under PEMUDAH.
