We refer to the announcement dated 14 July 2026 (Reference No. GA1-14072026-00048) ("Announcement") made by Insights Analytics Berhad ("IAB" or the "Company") in relation to the acceptance by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Insights Analytics Technologies Sdn. Bhd. ("IATSB") [formerly known as Exxor Technologies Sdn. Bhd.], of a Letter of Appointment ("LOA") dated 10 July 2026 from Sarawak Information Systems Sdn. Bhd. ("SAINS").

The Board of Directors of IAB wishes to provide the following additional information in relation to the Announcement.

1. Commencement Date of the Contract

The services under the contract commenced on 1 January 2026 and shall end on 31 December 2028, consistent with the contract period of thirty-six (36) months as disclosed in the Announcement.

Save for the above, all other information contained in the Announcement remains unchanged.
