The Board of Directors of YBS International Berhad ("YBS" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval on the Proposed Renewal of Authority for the Company to Purchase its Own Ordinary Shares ("Proposal") at its forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

A statement containing the details of the Proposal will be issued to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
