We refer to the announcements made on 18 July 2025, 18 August 2025, 16 January 2026 and 6 April 2026 in relation to the EOT Application ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.

The Board of Directors of Asdion wishes to announce that an application for a further extension of time of 6 months up to 31 January 2027 to submit a regularisation plan to Bursa Securities has been submitted to Bursa Securities on 16 July 2026.

Further announcement will be made upon the decision from Bursa Securities on the said application.
