JS SOLAR HOLDING BERHAD ("JS SOLAR" OR THE "COMPANY") - RECURRENT RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS OF A REVENUE OR TRADING NATURE ("RRPTs")

Pursuant to Rule 10.09(1)(b) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), the Board of Directors of JS Solar wishes to announce that JS Solar Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of JS Solar, had in the ordinary course of business entered into the RRPTs with NUR Renewables Sdn. Bhd. and N.U.R. Distribution Sdn. Bhd. The aggregate consideration of the RRPTs from 23 September 2025, being the date of listing of JS Solar on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities to 30 June 2026 had exceeded the percentage ratio of 1.0%, and the details of which are set out in the attachment to this announcement.
