- Winding Up Order dated 15 July 2026 made in respect of Damai City Sdn Bhd (In Receivership & Liquidation) in the High Court in Malaya at Shah Alam

Further to the announcement made on 15 July 2026, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that Grand Dynamic Builders Sdn Bhd ("GDBSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, is informed yesterday by its solicitors that Damai City Sdn Bhd (In Liquidation) ("DCSB") has filed a Notice of Appeal to the Court of Appeal, against the whole of the decision of the Honourable High Court Judge at the High Court in Malaya in Shah Alam made on 15 July 2026, ordering that DCSB be wound up with costs.
