We refer to the announcement dated 29 April 2026 and 15 June 2026 ("Announcements"), whereby the 16th Annual General Meeting ("16th AGM") held on 15 June 2026 was adjourned to 23 July 2026.

The Board of Directors of HANDAL ("Board") wishes to inform that the Adjourned 16th AGM which was scheduled to be held on Thursday, 23 July 2026 at 11.00 a.m. is hereby cancelled and will not take place.

The Company will issue a further announcement in due course to inform shareholders of the revised arrangements for the Adjourned 16th AGM.
