We refer to the Company's announcement dated 10 July 2026 in relation to the Vessels Acquisition ("the Announcement"). The terms used herein shall, unless the context otherwise states, bear the same meaning as those defined in the Announcement, where applicable.

Pursuant to MOA executed on 9 July 2026, LFG Celestia Limited, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of LFG incorporated in Liberia, has been nominated as the buyer of the vessel, MV TMS.

The Board wishes to announce that the acquisition of MV TMS has been completed on 16 July 2026, following the successful closing meeting and physical delivery of the said vessel to the new buyer, thereby concluding the transaction in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the MOA and its subsequent addenda.

The acquisition of MV YDS is currently in progress, and a further announcement will be made upon its completion.
