Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 28 November 2024, 22 May 2025, 28 October 2025 and 7 July 2026. Unless stated otherwise, all the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcement.

The Board of Directors of AZAM JAYA wishes to update that during the case management with the Federal Court ("FC") on 15 July 2026, the FC was informed that the Grounds of Decision of the Court of Appeal are still pending. As such, the matter has been fixed for further case management on 11 August 2026 for an update on the status of the Grounds of Decision.

Save for the above, there are no material developments in the matter. 

The Company will make further announcements as and when there are material developments on the above matter.
