Encik Aidil Bin Abdul Aziz ("Encik Aidil") received his early education at the Malay College Kuala Kangsar ("MCKK") before earning a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Honours) from Universiti Tenaga Nasional ("UNITEN"). He subsequently obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialisation in Financial Management from the University of Ballarat, Australia.

Encik Aidil began his professional career with TRIplc Berhad (formerly known as U-Wood Holdings Berhad) in 2003, where he gained extensive experience in engineering and construction across a diverse range of infrastructure and development projects. He later worked at Jalur Cahaya Sdn Bhd ("JCSB"), a specialist contractor in Non Revenue Water and Sewerage in 2006 and later served as its Managing Director since 2012. 

In JCSB he was responsible for providing strategic leadership and overseeing the company's overall operations, business development, and corporate direction. 

With more than 23 years of experience in the construction industry, he has built a strong track record in the planning, management, and execution of major engineering projects, particularly in the water supply and sewerage sectors.

He is a Graduate Member of the Board of Engineers Malaysia ("BEM") and the Institution of Engineers, Malaysia ("IEM"), and is also a member of the Malaysian Institute of Management ("MIM").
