Pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(1)(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Pansar Berhad ("PANSAR or the Company") wishes to announce that the Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Perbena Emas Sdn Bhd ("PESB") has in the ordinary course of business entered into Recurrent Related Party Transactions ("RRPTs"), and the collective consideration of such RRPTs has exceeded the percentage ratio of 1% for the period from 25 March 2026 to 21 July 2026.
