Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 30 January 2026 in relation to the Proposed Land Acquisitions.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Prisma Bumiraya Sdn. Bhd. (Receivers and Managers Appointed) (in Liquidation) ("PBSB" or "Vendor 1") and Akasia Dimensi Sdn. Bhd. (Receivers and Managers Appointed) ("ADSB" or "Vendor 2") have agreed to grant a Further Extension Period pursuant to the SPAs, to EcoFirst Homes Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as KE Management Services Sdn. Bhd.) ("EHSB" or "Purchaser 1") and EcoFirst Living Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as EcoFirst Laboratories Sdn. Bhd.) ("ELSB" or "Purchaser 2") respectively, commencing from 1 July 2026 and ending on 17 August 2026 following an exchange of solicitors' letters and such extensions were confirmed today.
