Reference is made to the announcement dated 17 December 2025.

The Board of Prestar wishes to announce that the Purchasers had on 22 July 2026 enter into the respective sale and purchase agreement with the Vendor for the proposed acquisition of one (1) unit each of Three Storey Semi-Detached Factory located at Serendah Technology Park, Rawang North, Selangor Darul Ehsan, forming part of the development known as Serendah Technology Park - Phase 1, for a total purchase consideration of RM15,432,417.00 ("Proposed Acquisitions").
