Further to the Company's announcement dated 23^rd April 2026, 5^th May 2026 and 5^th June 2026, the Board of Directors of Asdion wishes to announce the following updates arising from the Suit No.: BA-A71NCVC-116-03/2026 ("Suit No. 116"), as follows:-

1. The Court has directed the Defendant for the settlement of balance outstanding of RM57,900.00 by way of monthly instalment payments for twelve (12) months which shall commence from 1^st day of August 2026 until 1^st July 2027 to the Plaintiff.

    

2. In the event of default, the entire balance of unpaid instalments shall be accelerated for payment and will be subject to an interest of 5% per annum, to be calculated from the date of the breach until full and final settlement of the sum thereof. Plaintiff may also commence enforcement proceedings against Asdion Berhad for the unpaid instalments and the interest accrued.
