Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 14 January 2026 (Reference No. GA1-14012026-00052) under the category "Winding Up / Receiver & Manager / Restraining Order / Special Administrator" in relation to the winding-up petition filed by Pestech Engineering Technology (China) Co. Ltd. ("Petitioner") against Pestech Sdn. Bhd. ("PSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company ("Previous Announcement").

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to provide an update on the status of the above winding-up petition.

Since the Previous Announcement, the winding-up petition remains pending before the High Court of Kuala Lumpur and continues to be actively contested by PSB.

On 26 May 2026, PSB, through its solicitors, filed a Summons in Chambers seeking, amongst others, a stay of the winding-up proceedings pending the determination of the related proceedings. The application remains pending before the High Court of Kuala Lumpur.

The next case management of the winding-up petition has been fixed on 6 August 2026 for further directions.

As to date of this announcement, no winding-up order has been made against PSB.

PSB continues to conduct its business and operations in the ordinary course and will continue to take all necessary legal steps to protect the interests of the Group in relation to the winding-up petition.

The Company will make such further announcements as may be required in accordance with the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad should there be any material developments in relation to the above matter.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Petitioner is not related to PESTEC despite the similarity of name.

The Company and its subsidiaries are not expected to have any financial and operational impact arising thereon.
