| Working experience and occupation | Puan Nazeera has over 10 years of professional experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, financial reporting and corporate advisory. She is currently serving as a Team Lead, Financial Accounting at Vistra , where she leads a team responsible for the preparation and review of management accounts, financial statements, consolidation of accounts, intercompany reconciliation, financial reporting and stakeholder management. She is also involved in reviewing tax computations and XBRL conversions for statutory lodgements with the ACRA. Prior to joining Vistra, Puan Nazeera served as a Senior Audit Executive at Wan Nadzir & Co. where she was involved in audit engagements for various government agencies, statutory bodies and higher education institutions, including MARA, MARDI, MATRADE, DBKL, RISDA, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). She also participated in projects relating to Malaysian Public Sector Accounting Standards (MPSAS) compliance, consolidation adjustments and financial reporting advisory services. |
