We refer to our announcement dated 22 December 2025 in relation to the member voluntary winding-up of Mulpha SPV Limited ("Mulpha SPV"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of MIB.

We wish to announce that Mulpha SPV convened its Final Meeting on 27 July 2026, and the Liquidator lodged the Return by Liquidator relating to the Final Meeting with the Labuan Financial Services Authority on the same date.

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the applicable laws, Mulpha SPV will be dissolved upon the expiry of three (3) months from the date of lodgement of the Return by Liquidator relating to the Final Meeting, being 25 October 2026.
