2) Dato' Sri Robin Tan Yeong Ching ("DSRT"), an Executive Director of STM Lottery Sdn Bhd, Executive Chairman of Sports Toto Berhad, and Deputy Chairman of Berjaya Property Berhad (formerly known as Berjaya Land Berhad), which are major subsidiaries of the Company;
