Further to the announcement made on 12 February 2026, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that Grand Dynamic Builders Sdn Bhd ("GDBSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, is informed today by its solicitors that a sealed order has been extracted from the Kuala Lumpur High Court that KSK Land Sdn Bhd (In Liquidation) ("the Applicant") (the parent company of Damai City Sdn Bhd (In Liquidation) ("DCSB")'s application in the Kuala Lumpur High Court pursuant to Sections 366 and 368 of the Companies Act 2016, has been struck out on 15 June 2026 with costs in the following amounts to be borne by the Liquidator of KSK Land Sdn Bhd, Tee Guan Pian: (a) RM45,000 to be paid GDBSB as 1st Respondent; (b) RM20,000 to be paid to the 2nd to 18th Respondents; (c) RM40,000 to be paid to DCSB (Receivers & Managers appointed) as 19th Respondent; and (d) RM45,000 to be paid to Malayan Banking Berhad as 20th Respondent.
