The Board of Directors of YLI wishes to announce that Yew Lean Foundry & Co Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of YLI has on 27 July 2026, entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement ("the Agreement") with FR Development Asia Sdn. Bhd. (hereinafter referred to as "FDASB" or "the Purchaser'') to dispose 1 unit of single storey detached factory erected on land held under HS(D) 37820 (PT 434) Mukim 6, Daerah Seberang Perai Tengah, Pulau Pinang (herein referred to as the "Property") for a total cash consideration of RM14,000,000.00 ("Disposal Consideration") upon the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Agreement.
