Unless otherwise stated, all defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus dated 28 July 2026 issued by United Asiapac Energy Berhad.

Applications will be accepted from 10.00 a.m. on 28 July 2026 and will close at 5.00 p.m. on 5 August 2026.

In the event there is any change to the indicative timetable above, United Asiapac Energy Berhad will advertise the notice of changes in a widely circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia daily newspapers in Malaysia and will make an announcement on Bursa Securities' website.
