We refer to the announcements dated 28 May 2026, 5 June 2026, 11 June 2026, 1 July 2026, 23 July 2026 and 27 July 2026 in relation to the DRS ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as set out in the Announcements, and the DRS Statement together with the accompanying Notice of Election and Dividend Reinvestment Form in relation to the DRS dated 1 July 2026.
