The Board of Directors of PJBumi Berhad wishes to announce that PJBumi Technologies Sdn. Bhd. ("PJBumiTech"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 23 July 2026 incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary in France, namely PJBUMI Technologies SAS. 

Subsequent to the aforesaid incorporation, PJBUMI Technologies SAS become an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
