Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 23 December 2025 in relation to the proposed change of name of the Company from "Jasa Kita Berhad" to "OTEQ Berhad" ("Proposed Change of Name").

The Board wishes to announce that, after further deliberation with the major shareholders of the Company, it has been resolved not to proceed with the Proposed Change of Name at this juncture. This decision reflects the collective assessment of the Board and the major shareholders that the existing corporate identity and brand name "Jasa Kita Berhad" continues to best serve the Company's stakeholder recognition and positioning in the market at present.

Notwithstanding, the Company may revisit the Proposed Change of Name in future when prevailing circumstances related to branding identity is conducive and is compelling to do so.
