We refer to the announcement dated 27 February 2026, 18 May 2026, 21 May 2026, 12 June 2026, 1 July 2026, 22 July 2026 and 27 July 2026 in relation to the 7th DRP. The term used herein shall, unless the context otherwise states, have the same meaning as those defined in the previous announcements, where applicable.
On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Manulife had, on 28 July 2026, allotted and issued 7,707,780 New Shares pursuant to the 7th DRP. The New Shares have been listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Tuesday, 28 July, marking the completion of the 7th DRP.
With the listing of the New Shares, the total enlarged number of Manulife shares is 239,342,284 Shares.
