| Working experience and occupation | Ms Teh Siok Ling ("Ms Wendy") began her career with KPMG as an Audit Semi Senior from 1994 to 1996, where she was involved in external financial audits and special review engagements for listed and non-listed companies across various sectors.
Ms Wendy subsequently joined the Corporate Finance department in Bumiputra Merchant Bankers Berhad (subsequently known as Alliance Investment Bank Berhad) in 1996, before moving to Hwang-DBS Investment Bank Berhad in 2003. In 2012, she joined the Corporate Finance Department in Hong Leong Investment Bank Berhad until 2025.
With close to 30 years of experience in corporate finance, Ms Wendy has extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, initial public offerings, fund raising and other corporate finance advisory services. Throughout her career, she has advised public listed companies and private corporations on a wide range of corporate exercises and regulatory compliance matters. |
